GlenWood Park Retirement Village is a continuing care retirement community established in 1968 by the West Virginia Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. Throughout its history, GlenWood has served as the only church-affiliated CCRC in the state.

GlenWood's ecumenical program includes independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care. Independent living is provided in apartments, townhouses and one house located near the main building. Residents in assisted living can choose among single rooms, studios and suites. The health care section includes 67 beds, all licensed for skilled nursing care.

Respite care provides services for people from the community who need to stay for several days or weeks at a time in assisted living. Residents in all levels of care have access to a rehabilitation program that includes physical, occupational and speech therapies. GlenWood also offers a chapel, library, beauty shop and Serenity Garden with fountains and a gazebo.
