Grant County Nursing Home is located in the beautiful South Branch Valley in the State's eastern panhandle. This 120 bed facility is owned by the Grant County commission.

This modern facility features spacious lounges, a sun-roofed activities room, a patio, and lovely grounds surrounding the exterior of the facility.

Resident's needs are evaluated upon admission and routinely thereafter. Our goal is to work with each resident to achieve his or her highest level of functioning.
