Willow Tree Manor is located one mile outside historic Charles Town in the northern section of the Shenandoah Valley, with easy access to Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. The area's rich history is all around us, with Harpers Ferry National Historic Park as our neighbor. This serene location is adjacent to a number of other cultural, historic and recreational activities.

Our mission is delivering the highest quality rehabilitation, medical and social care in a compassionate environment. Our goal is to help our residents achieve optimum wellness and independence. Willow Tree works in partnership with Harpers Ferry Family Medicine and the WVU School of Medicine to provide a board certified gerontologist.

Our services include: 24-hour licensed nursing care, rehabilitation and respiratory services, wound care, nutritious and well-balanced meals, social services, counseling, discharge planning and family support groups. In addition, our residents enjoy a wide-ranging program of activities. We are pleased to work closely with our local hospice organization and Veterans Medical Center.

Our administrator, Rusty Mitchell, has nearly a decade of experience as a nursing home administrator, as well as extensive experience in working with developmentally disabled adults and children.
